2-mile radius is a compilation of a year-long experience in 2020-2021. This work depicts places I’d walked by endless times which, upon further reflection, suddenly engaged and intrigued me. The parameter of a 2-mile walking radius prompted me to explore unfamiliar streets while also imposing a structure of time and distance from my home. What I observed generally delighted and amused me, occasionally perplexed me, and I always clamored for more.
